Cashbook Orphan Reconciliation Transactions Repair

A form-only report that seeks out cashbook transactions unable to be reconciled. This fault occasionally appears in Prophet when cashbook crashes during a reconciliation.  This report will fix and report on the problems.

Plain Boxed Invoice

A simple, professionaly designed invoice with clean lines. Print's it's own boxes and logos, forgoing need for pre-preprinted stationery. Also good for faxing. Prints reliably and fast using all push-band coding style. Avoids problems with scaling when changing printers within an office. Prints in grey scale to lasers, colour to ink jets. Sample output converted to jpg format, from original bmp format  using Peernet bmp printer driver.

Boxed Invoice Statement

New format invoice, with integral statement,  with all boxes and lines generated by report designer. Allows use of plain paper, rather than pre-printed stationery.

Retrospective Cheques.
  If you have done a payment run, and NOT printed your cheques, then rolled over AP module (and ignored the warning), you will find you can not now print those cheques.  This new RD report will allow those cheques to be printed.

HTML Invoice
  This new invoice offers loads of flexibility.  It is based on an HTML Template. It reads in the template, fills in the data fields, and produces a finished invoice.  You can customise or change the template with any text editor, any time, creating sophisticated or special effects. You can select from all of the available fields for an invoice. The report "fills in the blanks" on your template.
  It's like mail-merge for invoices, creating HTML output.  The finished invoice is ideal for emailing, or storing on a secure web site.

AR Standard Statement with Print Alignment Scale Factor
  Do you have problems with poor alignment on different printers? This statement can "grow" down and across the page, to better fit the paper.  The cause of the problem is different scaling factors in the print drivers (or device contexts) within Windows.  Until Prophet resolves the issue, this report provides a reasonable workaround that will fit most printers, and you won't need a custom report for every printer or every situation.

Not much difference, buy enough to align with the paper properly. The font sizes are unchanged, the gaps between each of the fields are greater by 10%.
